Somato Emotional Release
Also developed by Dr. Upledger, this extraordinary therapy is based on the relationship between body, mind, and feelings. It releases the negative ecperiences and trauma trapped in body tissues. During treatment, the client may recall an incident which has manifested itself via tissue or organ pain. Release of the memory can start to eliminate any associative physical or emotional pain.
Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger Point Therapy is a type of massage therapy that focuses on relieving pain and muscle tension by identifying and treating Trigger Points which are small, hyperirritable areas of muscle tissue that can cause pain and referred pain (pain in other areas of the body). They can develop due to factors such as injury, overuse, stress, or poor posture.
Unwinding
It refers to the process of releasing physical, mental, and emotional tensions which is held in the cell tissue memory, fascia, and connective tissue. CranioSacral Therapy helps the fascia unwind through this gentle and non-invasive approach which uses touch to stimulate the autonomic nervous system thus the body has the ability to heal itself.
