Elsa – Licensed Therapist & Holistic Practitioner — L.M.T., C.S.T., N.M.T.

Elsa brings over three decades of experience in integrative bodywork blending holistic training with intuitive care. She is a licensed Massage Therapist with Advanced Neuromuscular, CranioSacral Biodynamics, Visceral Massage, CranioSacral, Somato Emotional Release, Cranial Decompression, and Trigger Point Therapies and also Body Unwinding. Elsa has the ability to detect pain in the body and is able to start releasing it; thereby, the body can start healing itself.

She started her journey going through Nursing School in England. Elsa graduated from the Utah College of Massage Therapy in Salt Lake City, Utah. Her studies and training have taken her across the U.S., Canada, Hawaii, and Europe. She took specialized training with the Upledger Institute and the Shea Institute. Elsa is continuing education in the field of Quantum Physics/Quantum Mechanics.

Elsa comes from a line of medical professionals. She is fluent in English and Spanish. Elsa creates a safe, nurturing space for healing – supporting both physical relief and emotional transformation.

Diane Benson — Ph.D. in Metaphysics

Diane has worked in the holistic field since 1979 doing office management, claims submissions, and assisting patients in Chiropractic offices for 25 years and then working with Elsa since 2003. She has secretarial and administrative assistant training including shorthand as well as accounting and office management.

Her family heritage comprises of Chiropractors on both sides of her family which includes her Father, M.E. Benson, D.C., where she worked with him for many years. He also used some similar modalities in his practice that Elsa offers such as Neuromuscular and Trigger Point Therapy.

Diane received her Masters in Metaphysics in 1994 and her Doctorate in 1996. During the tenure with Elsa, she has studied Quantum Physics and Quantum Mechanics.
