Elsa – Licensed Therapist & Holistic Practitioner — LMT, CST, NMT
Elsa brings over three decades of experience in integrative bodywork blending holistic training with intuitive care. She is a licensed Massage Therapist with Advanced Neuromuscular, Craniosacral, Visceral Massage, Craniosacral Biodynamics, Somato Emotional Release, Cranial Decompression, and Trigger Point Therapies and also Body Unwinding. Elsa has the ability to detect pain in the body and is able to start releasing it; thereby, the body can start healing itself.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Elsa creates a safe, nurturing space for healing — supporting both physical relief and emotional transformation.
