Elsa brings over two decades of experience in integrative bodywork blending holistic training with intuitive care. She’s licensed in Massage Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Massage Manipulation, Somato Emotional Release, and Trigger Point Therapy. Elsa has the ability to detect pain in the body and is able to start releasing it; thereby, the body can start healing itself.
